When you upload photographs containing human facial information for the purpose of generating AI music videos or other AI-generated creative content, we process such images only to the extent necessary to fulfill the generation request that you actively initiate.

We do not use your uploaded images for facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, or the creation or storage of any biometric templates. We also do not use such images to identify you or for any purposes unrelated to fulfilling your request.

We engage professional third-party service providers to support the operation of our platform, including providers of server hosting, data storage, security maintenance, artificial intelligence model operation, payment processing, data analytics, and marketing services.

All paid subscriptions and membership purchases available through the platform are processed exclusively through the official in-app payment channels provided by the applicable application store.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your bank card information, payment passwords, transaction security verification codes, or any other core payment credentials.

All payment transactions, fund settlements, and related payment data processing are independently handled and protected by the applicable application store payment platform and are governed by its respective terms of service and privacy policy.

With respect to images and other media content uploaded by users, Muzera does not proactively identify, extract, analyze, or permanently store any personal characteristics, biometric information, or other sensitive personal information that may be contained in such content.

If the content you upload contains personal photographs or facial information, such content will be processed solely as creative materials that you voluntarily submit. It will not be used for identity recognition, identity verification, biometric analysis, or user profiling.

To fulfill the content generation requests that you initiate, the relevant content may be temporarily processed and stored on your device or on the servers of our authorized third-party AI service providers.

Such processing is strictly limited to the extent necessary to complete content generation, deliver the requested services, optimize generation results, and provide related functionality.

Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations, after the relevant processing has been completed and the generated results have been delivered to you, the corresponding input content and processing data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Muzera will not retain your original creative materials for longer than is necessary to provide the requested Services.

For AI music generation, AI lyric creation, AI cover image generation, and other AI-powered creative features, Muzera may temporarily retain the data necessary to complete the relevant generation tasks.

Once the requested task has been completed, the relevant data will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise processed in accordance with this Privacy Statement and applicable laws and regulations.

Where permitted by applicable law or with your consent, Muzera may use anonymized statistical information, usage data, and data relating to AI-generated content for product improvement, service optimization, performance analysis, security protection, and other legitimate business purposes.

Such data will not be used to identify you personally, and Muzera will not sell your personal information to any third party.

14. Face Data Processing

Muzera places great importance on protecting user privacy and the security of personal information. When you voluntarily upload images, photographs, or other media content that may contain facial information while using AI music video generation, cover image generation, or other AI-powered creative features, we process such content in accordance with the following rules.

14.1. Scope of Information Collected

Muzera does not provide facial recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, or any other functionality that identifies individuals based on facial characteristics.

We do not proactively collect, extract, analyze, measure, or store users' facial geometry, biometric templates, or any facial feature data that can be used to identify an individual.

We process your uploaded images only when you voluntarily upload images, photographs, or other media content containing facial information and use AI music video generation, cover image generation, or other AI-powered creative features. Such images are processed solely as creative materials voluntarily submitted by you.

14.2. Purpose of Use

Images containing facial information uploaded by users are used solely to provide AI-powered content generation, editing, enhancement, and other related creative services that you actively request, including but not limited to:

• AI music video generation;
• AI cover image generation;
• AI image editing and enhancement;
• Image content safety review;
• Delivery of generated results; and
• Ensuring stable service operation and troubleshooting.

Except for the purposes described above, we will not use facial information contained in user-uploaded images for:

These third-party service providers process the relevant images only to the extent necessary to fulfill the AI content generation requests that you actively initiate. Their processing purposes include:

• AI image, AI video, and other AI content generation;
• Delivery of generated results;
• Ensuring stable operation of the Services;
• System maintenance and troubleshooting; and
• Content safety review, where applicable.

Except as necessary to provide the above services, we will not provide your account password, payment information, contact list, or any other personal information unrelated to AI services to these third parties. We will not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise disclose your Face Data to any third party.

14.4. Third-Party Data Storage and Protection Measures

To provide the AI services you request, third-party service providers may temporarily store images containing facial information only for the period necessary to complete the requested services.

Such data is retained solely for the following purposes:

• Completing AI content generation requested by you;
• Conducting content safety reviews;
• System operation and maintenance;
• Troubleshooting and security protection.

These third-party service providers will not use your facial images for identity recognition, biometric identification, creation of facial databases, advertising and marketing, or unauthorized AI model training.

We require all third-party service providers to:

• Process relevant data only in accordance with our authorization and your requests;
• Implement data security measures that are no less stringent than those required under this Privacy Statement;
• Not use the data beyond the purposes of providing the requested services;
• Not create, maintain, or retain facial databases relating to users;
• Not extract or retain users' biometric templates; and

Images, photographs, and related processing data containing facial information uploaded by users will be retained for a maximum period of sixty (60) days.

The retention purposes include:

• Completing AI content generation;
• Delivering generated results to users;
• Allowing users to access their creation history;
• Troubleshooting abnormal issues;
• Conducting system security audits; and
• Preventing abuse of the Services.

Upon expiration of the retention period, the relevant data will be automatically deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws or regulations.

Third-Party Service Providers

Third-party AI service providers will temporarily retain relevant images only for the period necessary to provide the services you request.

Third-party service providers will not retain images containing facial information or related data indefinitely.

After the requested services have been completed and the applicable retention period has expired, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data processing agreements, the applicable privacy policies of the third-party service providers, and applicable laws and regulations.

14.6. User Control

You may delete any content that you upload at any time.

Deleted content will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Muzera's internal data management policies.

Muzera does not create, maintain, or permanently retain any database of Face Data associated with identifiable users.

15. Other Important Privacy Provisions

15.1. Data Processor Role

For enterprise and institutional users, when we provide customized platform services, we act as a data processor with respect to the data uploaded and submitted by such enterprise or institutional users.

Such data processing activities are governed by the applicable service agreements entered into with the relevant organizations. This Privacy Statement does not apply to such entrusted data processing activities.

15.2. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will promptly delete such information.
